    Guys,

Currently doing some DD on a property in Logan area of southern Brisbane and requested some info on rates etc for the property and nearly fell over when the email came back for the agent with Council Rates @ $2,800 per year which is fair to say will make me re look at my numbers on this deal.Is this common for newer areas in Brisbane area?

    Cheers

    Michael

Yes have to say, that is three times the council rates on properties I normally buy.

Not sure if we are talking the same Logan city council. If so, the rates do include fixed water charges to the council rates.

    thanks.
