    Hi everyone my name is Ropati and  i'm 27yrs old and i really want to get into property investing could anyone steer me in the right direction on how to get started in property? or anyone willing to teach me? I'm willing to learn everything i need this please help.

    My views:

    Where are you thinking of investing – and for what purpose – this is the key in deciding which course of action to take

    Other questions like:

    Capital Growth or Cash flow?

    What equity would you have for investment?

    Serviceability?

    I recommend you to read more forums. Then decide what your goals are, what properties you would be interested to invest it, what price range for properties and etc. Trust me forum is a great tool to learn PI. Good luck!
