I am wondering if anyone has any eye catching and interesting new ways of marketing properties for sale.
I have 2 units coming up for sale, both are fully furnished student accommodations, close to the university in Adelaide. Rent returns are 8.32% for the 1 bed and 7.28% for the 2 bed.
I also have two homes on a large block that can be subdivided also in Adelaide. The homes are old, but deliver about 8% returns each. The land is what I believe that makes it sellable to someone who wants to develop it (approx 1100sqm).
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. But we are unable to spend money on the properties.
