Depreciation Schedule Q’s (West Sydney – Warragamba)

Hi all;

Background: mum and dad have owned a 'dump' at Warragamba, near Penrith, for many years – sitting empty, it was a reno project that was never completed because something else always came up and they're time poor. Dad is a carpenter so the idea was it would be weekend project – anyways.

1. Wondering if anyone can recommend a good person to create a depreciation schedule near Penrith- (Warragamba to be exact)

2. They completely gutted the property, added new build to put on a third bedroom and put up new garage. Without knowing exact costs, what roughly do you think the tax savings could be on a whole new interior? (I know this is a very open question, just thought I'd throw it out anyways)
