    As with renting through a real estate If the tenant doesn't pay there rent for example they get blacklisted and it is obviously in the history. Is there any such place that landlords who have a private agreement can go to do the same type of thing.

    Depending what state you're in, ask TICA if you can subscribe to their database as a landlord.

    Thank you I will check it out. Everyone deserves to know about tenants that stop paying rent without any communication and ignore any attempts to contact them.
