    I'm about to lodge a Town Planning application to build 2 new double story town-houses in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.  Can anyone recommend a builder who they have had a good experience with?  Obviously I'm looking for a quality Builder but budget will be a major driving factor as will be program.

    Hi Urilla, a friend of mine is a builder and developer in the Eastern Suburbs and does what you are after, ill probably get him to do my proposed development im working on now.

    Use my name as a reference and im sure he will look after you.
