One of my properties in the US is in St Louis, Winkler
St. Louis, MO, United States
The current agent Precise property management I have is hopeless.
Slow to respond, has tentant that defrauded.
No rent for 8 months,
Has organised new tenant.
Short of it is I'm looking for a managing agent with:
electronic system for managing rent
Good communications
Availability
Electronic transfer (ACH) capability
Someone who collect the rent and pays it to me!
Any recommendations for St Louis?
