    i just read  this article  on australian Property investor magazine  and was  quite excited that a nearby suburb is  full of potential. Any investor have anything  good to say about investing in mirrabooka wa.

    Apparently its a  good one for IP as they new train connection when its complete will raise the suburbs profile.

    I might think about it in the  future ..a ny comments ??

    It's a low socio-economic area with a lot of migrants regardless of what infrastructure or anything may be going to be put in there. 

    I bought and sold in a suburb near there but couldn't get the resale value required for the development so the finance fell through.

    Thats interesting .. but then  so was ( and so is ) the next suburb  balga, but i know if i had invested there  maybe a year or two ago  or a little earlier even i could make  more than 10 to 20 % in growth  wiht a good pick..

    I know  a friend who is almost cash flow positive with a investment in balga ..  with it being the same kinda  investment

    The proposed MAX project is one of many reason we are currently undertaking development in the suburb of North Perth which is a little closer to Perth.

    Been a while since I drove through Mirrabooka but Nollamara and Balga have been seriously redeveloped during the last 10 years. The large blocks in these suburbs made villa/townhouse building relatively easy.
