I have 6 residential leases in place for an older style converted house. I am investigating a lease option agreement; is anyone aware of the paperwork required in Queensland to lease the building to an investor and for them to receive the rental income currently being generated from existing tenancies?

    Hi Bilbo

The Residential Tenancies Authority will be able to provide you with some documentation which should suit your purposes.

Hi Richard, do you know about UK market too. I am looking for managing agreement. I am member of RLA, but they don't really provide this type of paperwork there.

    Thanks
