    Hi All,

    I am in the process of exchanging contracts on an investment property in the Wollongong area.

    It is a modest 3 bedroom clad home in need of a full reno (kitchen, floors, paint, bathroom etc).

    Does anyone have a good contact for a project manager/renovator/builder in the Wollongong area as I'm from out of town.
