BUILDER IN SCONE/MUSWELLBROOK/SINGLETON

Hello All

Ive been researching these particular areas to buy a new IP. I have also considered maybe buying land and building new and taking advantage of depreciation etc so thought this maybe a better strategy if the figures worked out. Im currently doing this strategy in a QLD mining town and its going to be very positive cashflow and thats even before the depreciation is factored in. So does anyone know a excellent builder they can recommend in these areas so i can start doing my due diligence.
