Along with scope of work sure our prices are higher then most but our rehab is structured different them most.

Deal one was sold to USA buyer for $92k and rents for $950 a month took 28 days to rent after rehab was complete. Rehab is taking a bit longer as we are now putting in GRANITE for counters in Kitchens

7. New carpeting in the  bedrooms

8. Paint interior of home, exterior if needed

9. MISC, door stoppers, smoke detectors ,light switches and covers etc.
