    Hi everyone.

    I am wanting to invest on my first property.

    Can anyone help me refer to an account and a broker that deals a lot on investment property?

    I live in the western suburbs of Melbourne. I am wiling to travel if they are expert in their field.

    Hi Radley,

    My broker and accountant are both in excess of 400km from me. 

    With modern technology there is often little need to meet your professional face to face.

    You may find the best broker and accountant for you can serve you from afar.

    Hi Radley

    Like Derek said – technology makes life easy. Today I wrote loans for forum clients in FNQ, Syd and WA. 

    Having said that, if you need the comfort of face to face, I can recommend a great broker in Melbourne.

    For an accountant, James from House of Wealth has a good reputation and is in Melbourne.

    I have clients all over the place, one was even in Qatar! Most of the paperwork can be pushed around via email and meetings can be held on the phone or skype. It's the way things work these days!
