    Can anyone recommend a good property manager to manage a property in Randwick?

    I have a good one who manages one of my IP in another area but is unwilling to take on more because of the distance and his overall workload.  Thanks in advance.

    Yes, I can recommend someone who manages property in that area. He used to manage my property in Kingsford and also arranged to have it sold for me a couple of years ago. He's very good and seemed to stay on top of things.
