Hi all
Our new build in Rural View is nearing completion. I manage our own properties but would like to use a real estate agent in the area to find a tenant and organise the initial condition report. Can anyone recommend one that is good to work with and would be happy with just doing this initial job? Some REs don't want to do an initial let even for a nice fee, if they don't get the ongoing weekly commission.
