    Hi all,

    I'm in Perth and want to take property to the serious level. 

    Specifically looking for a mentor who can guide through a land subdivision for starters, feasibility, due diligence, best use, etc then possibly onto construction or house and land packages. Urban infill Perth metro, large enough so we're not competing with mums and dads who don't know what they're doing.

    Can anyone recommend a mentor who is in the trenches and has the runs  on the board?

    If your projects are local – best to speak to someone who is also local.

    Why don't you put up a few scenarios and questions and the members on the forum can answer it?
