Does anyone know an agent /broker that specializes in selling a portfolio of 9 investment properties in NSW Australia. These properties are mostly based in mining towns and I currently recieve just over 95k per annum in rental income from these properties. All have been renovated with paint, carpets air cond and blinds. Some have been been given new kitchen and bathrooms aswell.
Seeking offers over $2,200,000
Thanks[email protected]Participant@n-thanJoin Date: 2010Post Count: 241
For a portfolio that is mostly based in mining towns why is your yield so low!?? Doesn't sound enticing at all sorry!Scott No MatesParticipant@scott-no-matesJoin Date: 2005Post Count: 3,856
I'd suggest Burgess Rawson but not sure if they would touch residential.jmsrachelParticipant@jmsrachelJoin Date: 2012Post Count: 711
Might be easier selling them separately? Is there an advantage selling them as a portfolio?Jamie MooreParticipant@jamie-mJoin Date: 2010Post Count: 5,069TerrywParticipant@terrywJoin Date: 2001Post Count: 16,213[email protected] wrote:For a portfolio that is mostly based in mining towns why is your yield so low!??
