For a portfolio that is mostly based in mining towns why is your yield so low!?? Doesn't sound enticing at all sorry!

Might be easier selling them separately? Is there an advantage selling them as a portfolio?

    ^ haha true.

Finding a buyer to buy all 9 is a tough gig! + given it's located in based in mining towns 0.o

Im presuming 95k is after expenses? including interest?
