Problem has come about since Elders and Westpac would not Insure.

Probably due to it being zoned B1.

I've owned it four years now and all the re developments to the building has been done. This converted it to two separate rentable units. A Certificate of Occupancy achieved.

Originally the all brick building was a disused old Butchershop with a small yard area suitable at the rear.

Seems strange that the above mentioned would not Insure as out of my properties it is the lease likely to burn. Since it is all solid brick exterior walls with concrete slab plus fire rated divider wall between the two areas! Still i have to move on and Insure it.

    Any suggestions who might Insure?

Likewise, I would suggest contacting an insurance broker and let them do the work.
