    Hi Everyone

    Does anyone have any experiences with the 'upgrading' of ads on re.com?

    I have my ad as a feature ad which cost $140.00 a month.  The agent wants to upgrade it to a highlight ad which costs $700.00 a month.  I am happy to spend the money if I thought it was worthwhile.  I am just not sure that it is going to make much difference.

    Has anyone looked into this before?

    Hi Ben,

    Why don't you put your ad on here and we can all have a squiz and give you some feedback.

    There are really 3 things that you need to nail on the ad, the pictures (best short for the list pic), the blurb (tell a story) and the price. If all those things are right, you can get hits on the ad and can sell the property.
