Where do I go to find joint joint venture partners – I have a permitted development and am happy to leave 20 per cent equity in project but need to pay out first mortgagee – happy  to take second mortgagee position to secure my investment.

Open to ideas. Happy to leave in  some equity in return for part of profit – person taking it over would be able to go into development with minimal capital depending on their lending capability –  project can be completed with six months.   All ideas welcome

What kind of development? What's the area?

Would be great to see a breakdown of numbers and a % profit at the end including all exit costs.
