Salisbury North Area Experts?

Hi guys,

My mum called me last night and is thinking of buying a block of land in Salisbury North area and building a new house on it to use as a PPOR

If there are any experts on this area willing to share their thoughts and opinions about the growth prospects of this suburb over the next 10 years that will be greatly appreciated; especially with regards to the following aspects:

• Jobs and Income
• Population Growth
• Desirability
• Social Demographic
• Land/Housing Availability and Affordability
• Infrastructure
• Amenities and Safety

It's been almost 4 years since I lived in South Australia so I feel somewhat unfamiliar with the area, but I'll try to do some research online tomorrow on my day off
