My name is Demetrius and I am a newbie here. I am looking for some E-books related to real estate business and it will be grateful if you guys will suggest me some E-book names along with the author names and website where I can easily find them.

There's a sticky thread here somewhere that has suggested reading material – I can't remember if any were E-books. If you do a search for it, you should be able to find it.

I know its not an e book but Margaret Lomas has an excellent book called "20 must-ask questions" before you buy an investment property. Highly recommended!

Not sure if you can get it in E-book form but 'Investing story by story' by Jan Somers is a great read for inspiration.
Is that the one which featured a story on a guy who bought places in North Adelaide for next to nothing in the 60s and 70s?

Similar, I think that's 'Everyday Millionaires' by Jim McKnight which is also an excellent read!
