Property Manager in Cranebrook, Penrith Area

Hi, Just bought a property in Cranebrook NSW 2749 with Dual Occupancy potential and looking for good property manager in the area. Contacted LH Hooker and they want to charge 7.7% Management fee, is this normal ? Because lot of people suggested in Sydney it will be normally around 5%(Inc GST)friends. Can any one suggest good property managers in the area and likely management fee?

I have worked in property management in the city and Western Sydney. That fee is normal for western sydney . I have an investment and pay that fee (even from my old real estate that I worked at) The competition is fiercer in the city and the fee is cheaper due to that and the rent being higher (5% of 100pw better than 7% of 300pw) . Tenants can sometimes be a bit more difficuly depending on the area you have bought in aswell

That's a pretty standard fee. I use a Property Management team in St Mary's, J & B Realty. They are really good i think from memory they normally charge 6.6% but they are quite a distance from Cranebrook(15mins). Good luck.
