    Hi All,

    Just wondering who is offering insurance in Emerald.

    We have just bought in the Mayfair Ridge estate, and although out of the flood zones am still interested in obtaining flood cover as part of the insurance. I have called multiple companies and so far the best (only) cover I have been able to find was with SGIO at over $3K! Im waiting for CGU to get back to me (was promised a quote last Tuesday!) so hoping they come in substantially lower than this.

    Happy for any thoughts/suggestions on who else may offer cover.

    Why not try a locally based General Insurance Broker and see what the can offer you.

    Thanks Richard, i tried one today however they were only interested in commercial property. Ill keep hunting around.
