    Most of mine are in Mt Druitt and Blacktown. Yeehah!!! They have risen very quickly already.

    My one closer to the city still has a bit to go as the area has not seen a lot of growth yet.

    Areas are moving at different rates.

    Melissa it's a shame you transacted via an Agent and had to pay a commission. I live close to the inner west (Mascot / Rosebery) and could have assisted you in a sale using my vendor finance skills.     Just thought I would give everyone an update on this…..exaclty a year ago I was looking to get $420,000 for this unit. Just sold it in a week for $511,000. What a difference a year can make hey….glad we decided to wait in the end! Sydney is certainly a sellers market at the moment…
