Can anybody know cheap landlord building insurance for brisbane property?

Hi, Everybody:

I have an IP in suburb called Archerfield in Brisbane. I got landlord building insurance with Vero insurance. Building insured value $194,000 and public liability is $20 mil. The property is affected during Jan 11 flooding. The premium is thus increased from $31/month to $56/month in the last 12 months. Then I received the renewal notice with $82/m for next 12 months.

Is it too much for a typical 3-bed high set house with garage understairs? Can anybody know cheap landlord building insurance for brisbane property?
