Hi there,
I have been reading a lot about property investment, property development etc… Also have attended seminar of Dymphna Boholt, Mark Rolton, Carly Crutchfiled and the like but at the end of it I get that feeling that they are trying to sell me their product as oppose to helping me achieve what I want. I am very keen to learn more about property investing but now I have too much information and not sure which one to pick. Although I question myself on whether I can really make it in property or not but I can tell you, when someone start talking about property I light up like a Sun.
I am willing to try new property investing ideas as oppose to buy, hold and rent etc… I am looking for a mentor/sound board/like minded people group where I can see and/or discuss what other are doing and make my decision from there on.
I am also keen on property development, though I don’t have thousands sitting in my back account but if I meet the right people I am willing to put in hard yards into anything

There is a regular monthly meeting of Property Investors at Parramatta every 3rd Monday – I am speaking there next week 18th June on achieving Success from Subdivisions – which is based around the workshop I did at the Mega Conference in Melbourne.
Location Parramatta RSL – Hunter Room, cnr Macquarie and O’Connell Sts, Parramatta. Free parking opposite the club in covered car park. ate Time 7:30pm – 9:30pm Cost $10 Entry Fee You just missed Nathan Birch's seminar in Sydney last thursday. Although he does run a business he doesn't promote it to the extend that others do. Have a look a binvest.com.au. There is also a you tube video of a seminar he did a while back plus others on some of his investments.

See you then.Hi Amit – yes its the 18th of June – I am just a guest speaker this group is run by Results I believe – The mentoring group that was set up by Steve but is now separate. I have attended a few meetings it is run by volunteers who have do the course and has around 20 people attending on a regular basis.

Its very important to have a great team to help you out, so my mentor is Nathan, I have an accountant in Adelaide who specialises in property investing who also gives me invaluable advice and also very knowledgeable solicitors that I use depending on which state I'm buying in. I also have a mortgage broker that is located in Adelaide and knows my strategy (and also all my financials) like the back of his hand. It is imperative to get your team and financials in order (ie. pre-approval) and THEN start hunting for a property. You don't have to know it all but you have to beable to sort <moderator: delete language> the right advice for you. Good luck.

You can't go too far wrong utlising Nathan's services. He posts on here and somersoft sometimes – do a search and you'll find some of his posts. We've had some mutual clients and they all seem pretty happy.

Jamie, Thanks for the info.
I been too a few of Nathan’s talk and im a true believer of this strategy ( not necessarily where he buys…but the strategy behind it) i have also referred some of my clients to his program and no i don’t receive any “referral” fees which is fine- as it’s not my business too.
Learn and adopt the strategy too your own experience, budget, lifestyle, risk tolerance and style.
