    Looking for a broker that will lend to Australian citizens if anyone can help. Looking at Dallas, Atlanta or Florida

    Also,

    I know that as a non-resident alien you can declare your income as ECI and avoid the 30% tax rate AND use deductions but does anyone know what are allowable deductions and what are not ?
