    Hi all,

    I am new to property investing and propertyinvesting.com. I am very excited to start investing and am looking at purchasing my first property very soon. Although I have done a significant amount of research on financing, I still haven’t landed on a choice for a Mortgage Broker.

    I am living in Brisbane, purchasing in Brisbane, and would prefer to use a mortgage broker in Brisbane.

    Can anyone recommend a decent mortgage broker in Brisbane by any chance?

    As well, I would love to hear back if anyone has tips on selecting a good mortgage broker and things to watch out for as well.

    Chat to Richard Taylor (Qlds007). He is qld based tho not 100% sure where. He has a wealth of knowledge as can be seen from his posts on this site.

    Yea give Richard a try they're at Kenmore QLD not far from Brissy CBD, he's helping me with an IP purchase in Qld at the moment and have been a great help with his knowledge and quick responses.
