    Some very gd area in CA are in big discount , but I need finance to help me

    Hi Cck734, welcome to the forum.

    I lived in Hong Kong as an Aussie expatriate for most of the last decade so I have some understanding of your background. I definitely miss working and paying taxes in the country’s low tax regime.

    I’m happy to share with my experiences with you, my observations and the research I have done (the US different cities to invest, buyers agents, general due diligence and so forth).
