hey all,
I am looking for an area preferably in Sydney but i am open to suggestions in other states.
To buy into and do a quick cosmetic reno to create some quick cash, hopefully in and out in 10 weeks tops. I have a budget of around 300,000-350,000.suggested areas is sydney?
suggested areas in other states?on another note, does anyone know anything about the area Broadmeadows, Vic? this is an area i am considering.
any feedback would be awsome!
