    Hi Eddy,

    I have been involved with Emerald for close to 10 years now and can tell you that there is a big for property no matter what so I would not bother with the cost. you will still get around $650 plus so don’t sweat it and save your money for the next deal.

    Hi Rob, wow 10 years is a long time, I have not gone ahead with the funiture package as I concluded the price was not the best from everyone's opinion.
