Hi people, does anyone know of some good websites with designs of houses behind houses? I'm in Perth and I have googled but they seem to mainly focus on 2 narrow houses next to each other. I found a property on 725sqm and I would like a 'visual' to see what can/cant be done.

The size of the blocks and house depends on the followings: 1) whether you wish to keep the front house or demolish it. 2) current residential coding of the block ie R30 3) open space requirements as per the R coding 4) current site constraints such as easements etc… <moderator: delete advertising>.
