    Hi All,

Looking to buy a house in Blacktown and the contract stated that this property is

"The maps indicate that the land subject to this Certificate lies partly or wholly within the Medium Flood Risk Precint. The term Medium Flood Risk Precint is defined as land below the 100-year flood level that is not within a High Flood Risk Precint. THis is land that is not subject to a high hydraulic hazard or where thre are significant evacuation difficulties."

Should i just completely stay away from the house if its Medium Flood Risk Precint?

I guess insurance premiums will be high right? Any thing else I should check or be wary of?
