depreciation shedule?

Hey guys anyone know reliable persons to do a depreciation shedule for me,
I am first time property investor prior to renting our home?
Any helps would be great , how much should it normally costs ?

ill jump on this also, after a depreciation report for my property in gladstone bmt are so expensive, anyone got a recomendation?

I use Depwest in WA. $495 or $499 off the top of my head. Pretty quick turnaround. I have used them twice.
I have also used Washington Brown. They cost $550.
Pretty much the same outcome however Washington Brown took a few tries to get it right. They didnt pick everything the first time around.

with some details. She will give you a price estimate and whether it is worth doing (they won't do it unless you get your money back in the first year). Tell them Lynne recommended you. They'll look after you. They have done all of mine. Great service and price. They cover most areas.
