    Hi
    I want to do some research on properties in WA. Usually I use onthehouse for interstate properties as I only have access to Rp data in SA . Unfortunately due to government charges that only apply in WA onthehouse doesn’t provide free suburb sales reports for WA. You can find some of the information under sold prices but it is very time consuming that way.
    Do you have any suggestions of any other sources of free sales price data or the most cost effective paid data. I want reports on about 9 small suburbs in Perth. Data for the last 6 to 12 months is sufficient.

    With Price Finder it's $110p.m. for price data. Cancel it after you have downloaded the information.
