This type of activity was common place from 2002 until about 2007….

The lastest IPO's of Google Facebook the 500 dollar Apple stock and you have a bunch of folks running around with couple million in cash to buy houses.

Our market in Portland is picking up nicely as well but not like this of course.

I hear Atlanta is seeing over bidding on the wholesale side.. So I think prices have bottomed there as well…Unless of course Shadow inventory starts to pop up,, could just be a blip.
