    Hi all,

I'm looking for help or for a Mentor to help me to set up a property syndicate.

Then main points I wanted to know is about legal structure,  for instance how many partners

    can join the syndicate.

and if I do most of the work in buying and looking after  the properties

how can  I charge for my services.

    Any Ideas most welcome

I have extensive knowledge about properties Buying, Selling and Renovating..as I have worked as a Real Estate agent for 10 years and have worked in property Renovations for about 5 years.
However I'm in need of help in the Legal and Accounting side of this new venture.

Sounds like you need a lawyer first. Many issues to consider

Agreed, first point of call if you are clear on the 'why' and are just working on the 'how'

lets say if I get together with say 5 friends with the view to buy Investment properties…should I still set up a syndicate through a solicitor  or should we just purchase properties as Tenants in common?

It would be a very good idea to get some advice first.
