    Hello,

Anyone know a good property manager in Corio or Geelong Victoria?

I will be settling on my 1st IP mid March and would like to have a reasonable tenant ready close to settlement.

    Regards,

    Dave

Corio is a solid fifteen to twenty mins drive from Geelong.  Might be worth considering whether you want to keep the property management in Corio itself so your tenant can get there without a car if they lock themselves out and need to wander in and borrow the spare keys or something like that.

    Thanks JacM

I would prefer to keep the management located in close proximity to the property.

If anyone has had experience (good or bad) with property managers in Corio it would be much appreciated.

    Regards,

    Dave

    Hi there,

I am looking to invest in Corio, VIC. Please let me know how your experience has been. I have a budget of around 200K and looking to buy a 2 Bed room unit. Is this area and Norlane safe to invest?

    What are you thoughts?
