Hi Everyone,I have found a few Useful resources scattered here and there in the forums and thought i might try and consolidate some useful information in one place.

Post below if you have either

    a) The name / website link of a good property agent / lawyer/ conveyancer / other relevant professional based in the USA based on personal experience with them.

    b) a link to a good Research tool and state why it is good to use eg: http://www.corporationwiki.com/  – good for finding who is affiliated with a business.

    c) a link to a USA Government site that links directly to useful data for investors, lord knows it can be hard to find exactly what you need on those sites (and there are a ton of them). eg: demographics, disaster prone area's , crime rates – this way it's official data and not what's being fed to us by an agent looking for a sale.

My aim here is to try and make things easier for those who are new to this, and maybe unearth a few gems that the longtime investors can make use of too.

I follow your blog and I am here in the USA. I do think some of the links you hand out are quite useful. I asked 3 of my staff members to print out your list. To see which sites we use and any good ones we don't. The only thing I would also add in there. Might have missed it in your information if you did send that.

Is  to make sure your clients are not only using these sites. Not all this information is accurate so it is very important to at least make a trip to the market you plan on investing in.

Good info  that you are sending out. I have been following your blog recently.

    Thanks

    Alex
