    Was wondering if anyone could recommend me good property seminars or groups particularly in relation to development in Melbourne?

    I remember going to Teachers College for 3 years and then learning to teach when I got a teaching position.

    I can confidently recommend troy harris from rookie developer. He does a 1 day bus tour for around $500 or a 12 month mentoring programme. I have done the bus tour, well worth the money. He is melbourne based.
