This is a good site to check out any property ,for crime , schools and and general information stats about the neighborhood.
I use this site for every house we buy.As soon as we get a counter from a bank I just plug the address and start my research. The rental information is off but some of the other information is helpful…

Just FYI I am not looking for any one complaining or whining about there local market not trying to make any one look bad.This is just a tool for over seas or USA investors or any one who is looking at buying properties in the USA ..
