    Hi Guys,

I would like to start planning some serious goals.
I have just got married and know i have the $$$ and time to focus on building a real solid foundation.

I have some goals, but need some help in regards to setting a clear cut plan and sticking to the goals.

I think i have waisted enough time changing goals.

If any one can help that would be great

    Hi Johann,

It does work – so good idea.
I just reached another of mine last week – but I need to add, while not changing your goals, assuming they are still current, don't be afraid to advance the date by which you plan to achieve them, or how you plan to do so.  I've advanced my 'lose 10kg' goal 3 times before realising I need to change my strategy!!!
Seriously, make a genuine list, give yourself some dates,  and reward yourslef when you reach them if reaching them is not reward enough itself. It genuinely feels good when you can put a tick next to one.

    All the best!

    Hi,
Goal setting is one of the major keys to success.

You mentioned that you often chop and change goals. That may not necessarily be a bad thing.
You should remember that there is a difference between GOALS and OUTCOMES.

Outcomes remain rigid and are what you ultimately want (a result).
Goals are ways to get there, and they can be changed. Sometimes you do need to be flexible with yoru goals and action plans in order to achieve the result/outcome faster or better. =)

    Hi Guys,

Thank you for the above responses.

I do change but i always get results – But it some times feels uncomfortable but then as they say success is uncomfortable.

Plus aiming higher is a good thing i guess

    Cheers
