Above 40% clearance rates at an auction Gala event in October. Confidence Growing?

In late October, 52 properties went to auction at the Emporium in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley. Considering the Queensland average for 2011 is probably around 15-20%. What does this mean for buyer sentiment?

Considering this was before interest rate drops as well what are your thoughts for Brisbane property leading into 2012?

Do you see any value in the Brisbane marketplace? If so, where?
