“The Investors Guide to Quick and Easy Renovations” by Paul Eslick (Reno Kings)

Hi everyone,

I’m a newbie to the forum.
I am currently adding a secondary dwelling (2 bed granny flat) under our house and have become aware of the world of property investing quite recently. I have bought Steve’s books, all Margaret Lomas books etc etc, and I am waiting for delivery of Dean Parker’s “Complete Renovation System” which hopefully will arrive tomorrow.

I have 2 books by the Reno Kings, but I have been unable to locate Paul Eslick’s book “The Investors Guide to Quick and Easy Renovations” without going to their $2000 workshop (which includes a lot of material by gurus that I already have, or don’t want.) Also, Ebay was of no help.

Would anyone have a copy of it that they would like to sell?
