    Hey everyone – I have been working on a new site design for our company – and I just wanted to get some feedback as to what you like about the site and what could get improved. We haven't udpated the site since 2002 – so I figured it was about time. I would appreciate ANY feedback you can offer. :) The website is: http://www.detroitbargainhomes.com Thanks Dan

    Nice clean design.
    I would put info on whther this service is available to US residents/International's
    It would be nice to know what the management fees, maintenece estimate wouldbe and provide an indicative cafhflow %

    Dan site looks good ,Touch base with me I am in Charlotte NC.. I always been against Detroit hearing the Horrible  stories about that market..Your site is making me take another look at that market…

    WOT has the site listed as malicious. 3 comments. The comments are bogus and the comment that you are on HPHost’s blacklist is untrue. I checked!!

    The domain name is listed at WOT (Web of Trust) as malicious.

    Thanks Jack, I can assure you it is a non malicious site. Just a small business in Michigan providing occupied rentals to investors. LOL

    I checked out the websites and it’s very neat, clean and professional. Well done!
    I guess the next thing is to drive traffic to the website, through SEO and so forth. Good luck with it

    That is what we are working on right now – still working with the owner to understand how important blog content is for the site!

    Sounds great. Having useful tips for people via a real estate blog is a great way to drive more people to the site

    I like the design.Clean.Even at times I think it is too clean. Goes on the margin between flat clean. Perhaps because a year from when you posted, you already have a very poor quality photos. Also, make more ascent with more powerful color.

    The website is very handy or very user-friendly. I'm not sure about the WOT reputation.
