    Hi

I currently have 4 IP's and my existing Broker has placed all 4 loans with the one bank.  I'm not sure whether this is the best structure for me and would like to have an independent review performed by a broker that typically deals only with investment properties.  (My currently broker deals predominantly with residential loans).

Can anyone recommend a good independent investment property broker in the Western Sydney area please?  Thanks

Brokers will always (or should) give a reason for their recommendation.

Did your broker give you a reason WHY he placed all the loans with that one bank? ( not a smart investment move due to exposure limit)

    Regards

    Hi Micheal

No reason….but I did have my savings account with them (ING Bank),…so maybe that's why the Broker suggested going with ING (?)

Hi Salina. try Karen Fancey. She's a local and will help you unwrap your loans.

ING are not one of the better lenders for IPs IMO – cashouts can be a real pain.

    Agree with jamie.

I would only suggest ING for new purchases due to the reduce LMI cost …but def not for refinance….
