    Hi all,
I was one of the lucky ones to get fully paid out by my insurance company for my property that was flooded in January. I have received a cash payout as opposed to getting their repairer to conduct the work. This will work much better for me.

I am wanting to know if I am able to get a new depreciation schedule conducted at the end of the renovation even though the insurance company paid out?

If I am not able to due to it being insurance money.

Would I be able to use my credit card to pay for each stage of the Reno and the insurance money pay that out? or

    Any info would be fab.
