    Hello Anyone who is interested in the Rick Otton material, I have some of his stuff that I have finished with and happy to lend or come to some kind of arrangement to anyone looking to learn. E.G. The massive passive pack. Let me know if you are interested. Cheers Ryan

    Hi Ryan, the massive pack, does this cover VF stuff, or wraps or similar, as I understood it was mainly lease options? If it does I am interested in it. I am in WA, where are you?

    The last thing I have left is the massive passive pack.
    It contains 6 DVD’s 12 Audio CD’s, legal documentation for each state. Transcripts on exactly how Rick negotiates word by word and a sandwich lease success guide.
    Is mainly on lease options with plenty of other good tips with buying and selling real-estate in general.

    G'day all, I have a Rick Otton Rent to Own pack available, if anyone's interested. I'm not sure what the difference is between this and the Massive Pack.

    I also have a few other rent to own books, mainly from the USA.
