    Hi every one
Do you think to much people are over borrowing for investment in property?
I used to have 2 investments and one home that I lived in.
It was great because once I sold both IP I was able to reduce my home loan from 285k to 105k

Each year I have seen the market change, returns lower, cost increasing and property prices diving but more weird there are alot of vacant properties out there.

So why would you invest in real estate for such a low return

Hey Terry Hope you been well.

Its crazy out there i think every one is trying to get rich very quick and borrowing to much
I think some times its better to keep things simple.

In Good times people who borrow alot do ok and then when things change there out lays are far to great to do anything.

PS lol like what i am going through with my bussiness i have looked at so many options for banking and i cant do anything about it.

    Cheers

    Hi Johann,

Sometimes the solution is staring you straight in the face.

Thought of getting another (trusted, experienced) set of eyes to look over things. Might be worth a go.
